But only at this specific The Brick location are you greeted right away at the door with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always ran into Patience and worked with her but today, Patience was not there and I was still able to get the same excellent shopping experience with Antoinette. Kudos to the human resources department for hiring such dedicated and friendly professionals. “I recently ordered another custom made solid wood piece of furniture from Woodcraft, and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The craftsmanship and design are exactly what I was hoping for, and it fits the space perfectly. This purchase was for a filing cabinet, that had to fit into a very specific space.
I made my first order with Woodcraft close to 20 years ago, when I ordered a full dining room set. I later also ordered 3 separate bedroom sets. These have all remained very cherished pieces, and have aged well. Some have been moved multiple times, and are able to be easily reassembled, without degrading the furniture.
As the furniture is all solid wood, I love knowing that I can also refinish any of the pieces, as often as I choose.
I am already looking forward to placing my next order!”

“I purchased a sofa, bed, TV stand along with a white dining table set from this location. An employee, by the name of Makayla went above and beyond in helping me choose the appropriate furniture to fill for my new apartment. She was kind, diligent, and cooperative which was a reason I felt comfortable in these purchases. Could you please pass my greetings along to her? The other employees who I cannot name from the top of my head, were also capable in answering any questions I may of had. The store produces very good employees. Would recommend to anyone shopping for home hardware and accessories to visit this location.
One recommendation, I have is instead of having to hire a private assembler, it would be awesome if JYSK had their own repair guys that could assemble products at a reasonable price. It is because others asked for a price that was unreasonable.”

I waited two years to write this review to show the service is outstanding throughout the years. It must be noted in addition to our purchase, my parents furniture and late Grandmother’s furniture especially couches are good as new over the decade and decades.

“The Chair King is well named and Marco is definitely the King! We had been looking for dining chairs and swivel bar stools for a number of years. This past summer while in Toronto we were determined to find the right Chairs and stools. By chance we found The Chair King and it was our first and only stop! Marco was so fabulous to work with and the quality of the product offered and his excellent workmanship is unparalleled! We had a wide variety of material to choose from and a wide variety of chairs and stools. Marco provided advice but was never trying to push a sale. Once all was decided Marco went to work and the timeline he gave was the timeline of delivery! Marco was always just a phone call away and he gave us plenty of updates. We had to get the chairs and stools shipped and Marco’s packaging was amazing— not one thing was damaged or scratched ( and it went across the country!). Would I go to The Chair King again? It’s the only place I would go! Would I recommend Marco and his work? — far and wide! We are so happy with our chairs and stools and the whole experience!! Thank you Marco!”
