Pathetic experience, they only treat you good when you come for buying phone and accessories. After selling the phone they treat you very bad. The lady Sarah did the exchange of my phone and ask me to come next day for the data transfer and told me that I can come any time and they will do it for me, next day I went there and this guy Saurav said they don’t know what I m talking about and come again and talk to the same lady Sarah and when I shouted he did the transfer for me. That’s very annoying after being a loyal customer with freedom. I bought my last device with this guy Saurav and that time he did all good because I bought so many accessories of phone that time but in terms of helping the customer when they really need these people treat you like trash

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Freedom Mobile, and I must say, the service I received from the associate named Savrav was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Savrav greeted me warmly and made me feel valued as a customer. He listened attentively to my needs and provided me with detailed information about the smart phones freedom provides and options, ensuring I had all the necessary details to make an informed decision.
Savrav demonstrated a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Freedom Mobile, and he patiently answered all of my questions, addressing any concerns I had along the way. What stood out the most was his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
Not only did Savrav assist me in selecting the perfect phone ( iPhone 15 pro max blue titanium ) for my needs, but he also took the time to set up my new device and walk me through its features, making sure I felt comfortable and confident using it before I left the store. I visited Freedom Mobile shop at Danforth/Main (Shoppers World Danforth) location. The customer representative was Demitra. Her service was excellent. She's knowledgeable, knows about all plans, payment options, etc. She's honest about the extra connection fee we need to pay. She's also very patient, taking her time to explain everything and help me set up my account. I'm very happy with her service.

Freedom service is very fast and also this one is very cheap compare to others, I personally thanks to showmik who is working in scarborough town center,he did all thing for us he explain everthing to front of us and specially we faced trouble to take phon and plan because our credit was not approved but he did best work for us and also he attached with us till to solve our problem and because of him I got same number as well as nice mobile so speciall thanks to him .
I am strongly recommended to every people for joining with freedom.

So I got the iPhone 15 pro max deal. I paid for charger, adopter, screen protector, and case cover. The guy told me they don’t have in stock the screen protector and told me he will call next week when they get it. After three weeks I come again with no call from the guy and I asked for the screen protector. First they tried to make me pay for it. So I explained again and again I did pay for it and then after checking my receipt he told me ok you have to pay $5. They tried to scam me telling me this is a privacy screen protector!! I did not ask for it I’m just asking for what I paid for. SCAMMERS!!!
