ABSURD pricing. I go somewhere closer to yonge and St clair usually but was conveniently located across from grocery shopping. Turned right around as soon as I saw the quote. More than double the price of where I usually go. Don't doubt that they do a decent job but their pricing shows zero respect to the customer and isn't grounded in reality

Very friendly staff but a week long service was $75 plus tax for 3 simple pants. Not very affordable.

Took a suit in for cleaning. The suit was needed for a wedding. Went to pick up 1 week later and the suit was not ready. Had to wait overnight for them to find it. They then promised to deliver which never happened. Finally got the suit 3 hrs before the wedding. Horrible customer service and did not even get a sorry for the inconvenience. Manager would not even call me and they put the young girl who was working in the store as an in between person. Will never go back and will let my Leaside friends know what horrible service I received.

I took an expensive pair of pants there for a simple alteration. When went to pick up, it was not done right. They promised to correct it but after 2nd pick up still was not corrected. When went there for 3rd time the clerk looked bothered by my frustration and best she can do was to say leave it and let me see what owners would say. This is not the expectation that I had when dealing with a “high end “ brand like Dove Prices they charge and brand promise they advertise is not consistent with delivered client experience. Absolutely disappointing. Never doing business with this establishment ever again.

Did a horrible job repairing a tear in my winter coat. They patched it with colour way off from the original, and then shrunk it when they cleaned it. For all this I was charged an enormous fee (far more than any other dry cleaner I've ever been to). I will not be going back to Dove cleaners.

Outstanding service for both drying cleaning and alterations (complex alterations on woman's business suits - both pants and blazers). They also repaired a tear in a skirt. Bonus: They are magicians at making tough stains disappear on my husband's and my son's ties. Well done.

I trusted Dove on Moore with my designer suits and shirts (Zegna, Armani, Etro, Prada...) for the many years that I lived in Rosedale, and I kept using them when I moved to Yorkville. Now that I live in Manhattan, I seriously wish they had a franchise here (where I need to pay $8 a shirt to ensure it is done properly and not ruined -- and still it is not as good as Dove).
As for the service, laundry and dry cleaning was always done expertly and on time and I always enjoyed chatting with Ash and Suman; and I hope to keep in touch even though I now live in the US.
