Amazing experience at Direct-Repair Leaside when getting the results of an unfortunate parking experience fixed. The staff was friendly and professional, gave a fair estimate, and the car was finished quicker than predicted. They were able to pull up a quote from several months ago and honor the original estimate. I had to pause and make sure I was looking at the correct side of the car - you cannot tell this was ever dented! 5 stars!

I've selected Direct Repair Leaside as the body shop of choice to fix my car based on online reviews - and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Hence why I'm adding my own experience as a very happy customer.
I am really impressed with the quality of the repairs! The car looks better than it did before the collision! (see attached before and after picture). I also appreciate that the crew took time to polish the older headlight to match the new one and to detail the interior of the car. I would also like to commend Saif, one of the crew members, for always being receptive and answering all my questions whenever I stopped by the shop. In addition, there were several other crew members who were always friendly and accommodating.
Ultimately, many thanks to both Douglas (Dougie) and Jessica, who own the business, for their professionalism, efficiency and patience in answering all my questions and ensuring the repairs were completed correctly and in a timely manner.

My mother recently took her BMW to have the car’s front fender repaired and the service was excellent and done in 3 days. And they also detailed the inside without being asked! I would highly recommend their service and the price was very reasonable.

Took my MB GLK in with rear Q panel damage. Absolutely perfect repair! and they repaired a large scratch elsewhere w/o even asking and no charge. Also cost was reasonable.

Brought my car in to this body shop after an accident. They did a great job repairing the back door, muffler, and bumper. Great customer service, especially from Jessica. Quick to action and turned around a superior quality job quickly. Paint is spot on! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I highly recommend!

My rear door wasn’t completely closed. When I backed up it caught the garage door track.. It resulted in a deep bend in the door and twisted the frame of the door slightly so it wouldn’t close properly . Direct Repair did a superb repair. The service was extremely professional and friendly. The interior of the car was also immaculately clean after the repair work (even the trunk!). The car looks absolutely amazing. I very, very highly recommend this business. You’ll be very pleased if you have your car repaired here

I am so very impressed with the expert, fast, and kind service I received at Direct-Repair. They provided me with options for my very dented front fender repair, and matched the rare paint colour of my Jeep perfectly!! They were so easy to deal with, and I’d go back in a heartbeat. Big thanks to Douglas and Jessica for helping me to beautify my 16 years old Porsche Cayenne, it looks new inside out completely. The cost is reasonable, most importantly their overall service has been excellent. Douglas also helping me to fix my damaged keys. If I get a new key from the dealer, it might cost me a thousand dollars. They didn't charge me a dollar. Assuredly, I'll stick with them as my body shop in the future. I am here without reservation or hesitation to recommend Direct Repair Leaside Inc.
