“Took my MacBook pro in on Thursday around noon with two issues. Left it and got a call late afternoon...they had diagnosed the problem and it would require them to order a part...great. They called late afternoon Monday and said it was fixed and ready for pick up. Got it home and the laptop wouldn't start....black screen no power. Called them again...said bring it back in. Dropped it off again Tuesday morning and they were super concerned and apologetic. Within an hour or so they had figured out this problem (unrelated to the problem they had previously fixed...this time it was an o/s update that had failed) and fixed it and I picked it up again. It's working great. I was really impressed with everyone I dealt with and their focus on customer service is great. Love the location and I really like to support a local small business. Thank you to everyone at ClickOn...highly recommend!”
“Spoke with Anahita over the phone to check the prices of Airpods with warranty. She was super helpful. Explained the types of airpods, regular prices compared to today's deals, and what the cost of warranty is. She then let me know when the sale was ending, and if I wanted them to hold it, they could. But there was no pressure in her voice. You can tell she genuinely cared about offering great customer service!”

“I needed to fix my hdmi port for my PS5, and I called a couple places they said $180+, but then I called this place and they told me they could fix it for $120. I brought it in to a very welcoming staff, and he took my info and told me he’ll get it and told me to come back tomorrow. Came back and now my PS5 is working perfectly, very thankful for this shop for doing it for cheap and satisfaction is guaranteed.”

“I had a hardware issue in my laptop where a piece of plastic broke off and got jammed in the power cord portal. I brought it in and Alex took apart my laptop and got the piece out no problem. Crisis resolved! These guys are super knowledgeable, service cost is very reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with.”
“I dropped my 3 year-old Dell laptop which caused unresponsive keys on my keyboard, and thought the charger stopped working. Messaged them on their website about the situation and got a response quickly, which was appreciated. They gave a general quote for the replacement of the keyboard and charging port, which equated to around 200+. I went to their shop the next day. The two techs were attentive and nice even though they were busy with their other clients upon our arrival. Our turn came up and they diagnosed my pc right away – turned out the charging port was working, and it was now just the keyboard issues. They were transparent about the pricing, potential procedures, and explained what was wrong with my pc well. Overall the process was smooth and got my pc fixed in under an hour. What was originally quoted to be $200+ ended up only being $40 plus tax, as no replacement of parts was needed, which made me happy considering I'm a stressed-out student on a budget . I had a great experience when I went there to fix my laptop because I forgot my laptop password, and it was fixed in just 10-15 minutes. In contrast, other repair shops told me that it would take 2-3 days and that they would need to do a lot of work to fix it, and they charging me an expensive price.

He said he could do it for a lesser parts cost so I said what the hell, sure.

“HONEST PEOPLE!I plugged in the wrong charger and my 5yr old laptop stopped charging even after plugging the right charger in. Google Maps search got me in touch with this shop. Initially I called to buy parts for my genius plan of buying the EXPENSIVE charging components and repairing myself.Wayne talked me out of it and said let them inspect it first.Wayne and Jay took only $30 for an inspection. In a few days (or next day, I forgot) they called to say that some power board component is dead BUT that I can use USB charging and absolutely do not need to fix the board issue. They said if I insist it'll cost about $250.I went and paid $30 and picked up my laptop. I can guarantee that if this was Best Buy etc, I would have paid hundreds for the "mandatory repair". Not to mention they stopped my idiotic plan of spending hundreds on fixing the wrong thing myself lol.Anyways, I really appreciate their honesty and would recommend this shop to anyone!”
