Took my MacBook pro in on Thursday around noon with two issues. Left it and got a call late afternoon...they had diagnosed the problem and it would require them to order a part...great. They called late afternoon Monday and said it was fixed and ready for pick up. Got it home and the laptop wouldn't start....black screen no power. Called them again...said bring it back in. Dropped it off again Tuesday morning and they were super concerned and apologetic. Within an hour or so they had figured out this problem (unrelated to the problem they had previously fixed...this time it was an o/s update that had failed) and fixed it and I picked it up again. It's working great. I was really impressed with everyone I dealt with and their focus on customer service is great. Love the location and I really like to support a local small business. Thank you to everyone at ClickOn...highly recommend!

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Clickon Mac Solutions yesterday, and met Nick - Hands down one of the friendliest people I have ever met under such circumstances.
I initially came in to have my Iphone screen replaced due a faulty installation from a previous store; Upon examining the phone, and not being able to repair the screen, Nick walked me through the options in store for Iphone's and I ended up with a newer, better, Iphone than I walked in with at a GREAT deal!
100/10 would recommend Clickon Mac Solutions for all your Apple repairs, and product purchases! Nick is awesome if you get to catch him in the store, but everyone I encountered while there was so friendly during my visit!

Incredibly poor business practices. I was quoted $800 to repair a cracked camera lens for an iPhone 15 or $700 to replace the phone. Had to pay them a $60 diagnostic fee to get my phone back. I went to another iPhone authorized dealer and had the lens fixed for $40. Do not give this place your business!

I brought my 10-year-old Macbook pro after Apple told me that my computer is considered vintage and Apple does not service it. Clickon Mac Solutions have replaced the internal speakers that went bad. In addition, they also reapplied the thermal paste on the CPU and cleaned the screen where the anti-glare coating was worn off in patches for minimal cost. Overall, my experience has been greatly positive, thank you!

Great staff and incredible service. Did excellent work at affordable prices to prolong the life our computers as well as recovered 90% of my photos when a laptop died. Highly recommend ??

I was recommended this store by Apple employees, but after my whole experience I wish they didn’t. I had a broken MacBook Pro screen that was caused by factory defect. I brought it in to this store, and they told me I could potentially be covered by warranty, I was excited at first. But, later they called me and said I had no warranty and repair will cost 800$+. I was not willing to pay that much for an old machine (plus other stores do it cheaper too), so i decided to just pickup my laptop instead, and these people charged me 60$ dollars just to confirm that I had a broken laptop, yeah thanks guys, like I didn’t know. Being a poor student in this city is already hard, and this really put me off financially for no reason, other than this stores greedy practices. I recommend everyone to avoid a store that does things like this to their potential customers. I will never come back!

The staff were wonderful, they listen to my problem and were able to help me with a solution. Trust me, when your computer crash and you are in the middle-of preparing for exams, you need people who can help and they were able to get my laptop running in under 3 hours. Can't thank them enough ❤️

I'm so disappointed with the service. Went to Click On Macs for years. This time, was charged over $50 and sent home with the same problem, then angrily lectured by the owner by phone.
