“My Lennox furnace had an issue with the pressure switch light, and needed parts to fix. Not all were available at the local depot which the staff and the manager Jeff assisted in finding the correct parts and ordering it at their western location. They were professional, helpful and fair with their service. Overdelivered on their promise and I was able to keep my home warm as we transition into the winter.

“I would recommend this store for all of your mattresses and furniture needs. Spencer is super helpful and will go out of his way to ensure you get what you need and is always willing to answer all of your questions. We were looking for a mattress suitable for our son, and Spencer recommended the Nectar mattress based on his needs. This mattress has been fantastic and was exactly what were looking for. Spencer was patient and really took the time to explain all the mattress options and why he recommended the Nectar mattress. Would definitely return and deal with Spencer again.”
“I have a Fabre Perla 30" SS that is no longer manufactured. I need grease filters which are hard to find. Out of all the retailers (The Brick, Lowes, Canada Appliance Source, Leons, Anik's Appliances) I called and spoke to, William at KWA is the only one who took the time to look into the issue and find out where to order the product. He offered multiple potential solutions and a step by step process of how he would deal with the lack of supply. I didn't even purchase the Perla from KWA but the quality of service and customer care makes me wish I did. I will be purchashing future appliances from KWA and highly recommend that anyone else does as well.”

“I was a regular customer of other construction stores like HD until visiting here.Not a huge stocking or tons of variety, but always can find what I need and the best thing is they have a lot of Canadian Made products.these staffs are super professional, friendly and helpful. Even they need to look up a rare item, cutting panel or whatever information, they're good.Been there few times to get remodeling for my restaurant, I got alot of help from Ashraf to cut my panels. Very accurate and fast. The best chainsaw operator I've ever seen.Will be there for my next plans and other projects.”
