Hi, I had my Amazon package shipped here for the first time. Absolutely “stress free”. Your package is safe, instead of sitting on your front porch or apartment lobby. I highly recommend it. 4 Seasons has a lot to offer. You should definitely stop here. I have a store closer to me that offers Amazon pick up and Canada Post, but I prefer to go here for the Outstanding Customer Service. I know that not everyone has that option but if you do, it’s so worth it.

I have been going to this store for years and years. I moved out of the area but I still go there as often as I can. I have never had a negative experience, ever. It is a busy place for sure but wonderful staff. I recently was there to mail a parcel and decided to try their chicken. It was early, so I was told it would take about 10 minutes. I use a cane and have trouble standing for even 5 minutes. I was offered a chair which I gratefully accepted. The customer service has always been consistent, top notch. Thank you to everyone at this store. By the way, the chicken is fantastic. Nancy ?

What a bunch of crooks!....They charge you twice as much on most of their products and food items which you can find a lot cheaper at other convenience & grocery stores!....Stay away from them!

This is a one-stop shop for many things. The most important thing is the friendly staff that value their customers. I tried their fried chicken & the seasoning is perfect, plus they offer potato wedges. Get your passport photo done & have some chicken while you wait. At the time of writing, there's a bit of construction on O'Conner, but if you use Google maps, you can access the location via the side streets, too.

I see other reviews mentioning a "grumpy and old" gentleman. I did speak with an older gentleman today who refused to serve me next when I was next in line. Instead, he told me someone would help me later and then turned to the man who had come into the store after I was already in line for a while. I am not sure what reason he had for this as I had never met him before, and he did not seem to know the other customer either. It was very odd.

I was treated badly by the grumpy and mean guy at the convenience store counter yesterday. Had gone to drop off my mail in the letter box in the shop and just commented on the new sign indicating the opening & closing hours of the Post office. Did not even ask for any postal service, but he got me over to look at another sign indicating that people should not go to ask for postal services at the store counter. Okay - a new arrangement, clarifying that the services are not integrated any more!
Then as I was leaving and delayed slightly at the door, he kept shouting to me to shut the door because the cold air was getting into the store!!! He was so rude and aggressive that it got me to respond in similar manner - which I don't generally do and don't like doing. I would not recommend coming to this store - I wouldn't do so in future due to the bad customer service shown yesterday. Even though the Post Office staff have usually been good and helpful in the past, I think I would go to another PO and store where customer service is better and more courteous.

No one to serve at the cashier!I said Hi multiple times a person inside the kitchen noticed me but he didn't help me or ask someone else to help. I left without ordering because I had no time to waste.

Great store and most of the people who work here are very friendly and very good to my family. I just wish they would post hours - No hours on the door and the hours on Google are incorrect. Very frustrating to arrive 30 minutes after “open” and having to wait another 30 because hours on Google are off by a full hour. Weekdays they seem to be open at 6:30 not 6, Saturday 7 and not 6. It’s happened to me at open and closing multiple times and it’s beyond me how anyone is supposed to know when the store is open when there are no posted hours. I’ve given this feedback in person to staff but they must not be sharing with the owner. Please post your hours on the door and correct your business profile.

I have used this postal outlet for 20 years plus. Never had a problem. People may be very busy but always cheerful and quick to retrieve my parcels. People behind the counter have changed, but the attitude is always the same: happy to help me.
