I have never used them for oil changes - only tires.Contrary to the other reviews, I have had no issues with the customer service. They have always been polite, receptive, very helpful & informative when I've purchased new tires, when I needed the tire pressure to be checked or if I needed tire inspections. They're a little busy, yes, but I have yet to see a Costco Tires & a Costco not busy in this day & age.In the garage, Paul & Matt have been my go-to technicians - they always provided great advice & have been super helpful.
