Cheryl and Bob were a breath of fresh air to deal with. As a DIYer I took apart my softener and they were there to assist me with purchasing the resin and walking me through the rest of the project! Water pressure back up and all is working like it should!!!! Thank you.

I found this business on Google as I was looking to replace a whole filter for my system. Spoke with Cheryl and explained our situation, and she was extremely helpful, very knowledgable and most importantly honest. I will definitely be using this company moving forward and highly recommend you give them a call.

Bob came & assessed the problem with my water softener. Firstly we had reconnected one piece of the Venturi incorrectly. Secondly, the resin in the tank was swollen with ammonia from municipal treatment. Bob replaced it quickly. Bob was honest, instructional & very professional. Will definitely hire Bob again.
