The worst experience ever! The owner is so rude !! I just walked to get a quote! He raised a voice at me that he is fully booked until December! That I should have made an appointment.

Extremely rude at the reception. A little surreal how rude he immediately was even without me saying a word. I had two queries and I didn’t even get to asking about my car issue that I had to say goodbye and leave because of how disrespectful the man at the reception desk was. Unreal. I’d give -5 stars if I could.

I went in to this business to make an appointment for a later day.I directly dealt with Mark the owner. He immediately started yelling at me because he thought I wanted to have the work done immediately, when I specifically told him I wanted to make an appointment for another day.I cleared that up and politely asked him to lower his voice. Normally I would not put up with someone like this who obviously in a really bad mood and took it out ona potential customer, I would have just walked out.I operate my own business and I have dealt with people like this therefore I wanted to at least give him a chance.Next I explained what I needed done and that I had already purchased the parts. I expected to pay the full shop rate for the labour.He didn't like this at all. Flying off the handle would be putting it mildly. He was livid with me!He was screaming and yelling at me threatening to charge me double and there was nothing I could do about it. He started to say "You's people ...."I felt the next words would have been racial but he paused and explained that he wanted to sell me the parts so he can charge me the markup.Originally I had purchased the parts online, and I was going to install the parts myself when I figured it was too difficult for my skill level.The one other time I visited this business I had a wonderful experience because Mark (the owner of the business) was not involved in the transaction in any way.I really feel sorry for the employees at this business having a boss who is this way.One good thing to come out of this situation is that because Mark (the owner of the business)upset me in such a way that my determination to handle the job myself (in my driveway) was elevated enough that I successfully completed the job myself. If I had a hoist and an oxy acetylene torch to heat the rusted bolts, the entire job would have taken me less than an hour.There is no reason for any business owner to treat potential customers this way. When I was younger I had a boss like this. He treated me well, but was very mean and very disrespectful to the other employees and customers for no reason at all.After listening to him in a very bad mood like this for 30 daysI just got up and said "I am leaving and not coming back, I have had enough listening to you".I will never deal with Marks Auto Service ever again and I certainly will NEVER give this business my money.I run my own business and I know how to deal with people, This is what brings me more business.If I could give -5 rating I would.I typically don't believe reviews, I want to give the business a chance. HOWEVER, If you don't believe me, just read other reviews describing the owners behaviour!! Maybe it's time for the old man to retire.

Mark (the owner of the business) was very irate me when I asked to make an appointment when he though I wanted the work done immediately. He started screaming at me threatening to charge me double and there was nothing I could do about it when I explained that I had the part I wanted installed. I typically don't believe reviews, I want to give the business a chance. If you don't believe me, just read other (google) reviews describing the owners behavior!! Read the other goosle reviews
