I'd give this place 10 stars if I could, the shakes are IMMACULATE, the staff is lovely and they have plastic straws! It can't get any better than that!!

The item I wanted was not available at the store, but the salesperson was very helpful and helped me on finding the item on other places. He was honest and helpful, so definitely I’ll arrive for other needed items, as I saw a complete range of nutritions over there.

supplements here are sold at really good prices and the workers are so kind. the shakes don’t even taste like they’re protein shakes but have a lot of protein in them. tuesdays they sell them for a toonie! also the guys are always accommodating with my allergy since they make my shakes with a separate machine or wash it really well. my favourites are the cinnabun, bounty bar and strawberries and cream <3

The owner is amazing and such welcoming staff. I would highly recommend coming here for any of your supplement needs as the prices are also extremely reasonable. Absolutely worth making the visit and a perfect place to come after a workout at the surrounding gyms!!

The owner (i think?) is such a welcoming person. Supplement stores are always so intimidating to go into but he is such a gentle giant that it made the process feel so easy! Thank you for the shake suggestions !

Being a total newbie in this whole nutrition world the staff helped me out massively. They answered all my questions and gave me good advice. Staff is super friendly and shakes taste amazing!
