I love this pharmacy they are great at everything, today when I went there the pharmacist was locking the door because they are closed he saw me and he were almost going to open the store for me to fill the prescription (how nice of him ?) he checked what kind of medication I was prescribed for my daughter and told me it is on back order which he is right because other pharmacies told me the same. I could use this pharmacy today but I did in the past they are the best in town so far ???Healthcare and as well as pharmacies are corrupt in Canada it is getting more and more difficult to live in here unfortunately. But sometimes you see nice people and makes you have hope there might be things that can change.

No medication information sheets or pharmacist education with my medication in a paper bag. I ended up googling it myself.

I'm pinching myself at how kind some of the team members here are. The owner is absolutely wonderful to interact with and it's not everyday a stranger cares personally about your health and quality of life. Nobody "has" to go out of their way like some of these souls do. I consider myself fortunate to have been connected by my home pharmacy to this one. It's often difficult to trust a new team when one has a complex medical situation, but I do trust these lovely humans. Special shout out to Chris, (hope I spelled that correctly & apologies if I didn't!) for his patience and serious effort to ensure people are taken care of and treated like actual people! Extremely diligent and he genuinely cares about the wellbeing of humans.Rare diseases are rarely funded/researched, rarely treated properly and this pharmacy is a rare diamond. I suppose it fits!!Thank you to my awesome team of miracle workers and of course Christine <3 (hope I spelled that correctly too, sorry if I didn't!)

Locally owned and operated pharmacy, with an owner who really cares about her patients. She's gone above and beyond for myself and my family to ensure we have our medications when we need them. She also takes the time, every time, to make sure you have all the information to take your medication properly.

Christien is truly one of a kind - as a mom of two, as a nurse, and as someone who relies on knowledgeable management of my medications, I have never before found a pharmacy as amazing as Elite Care. I would HIGHLY recommend Christien and her team to anyone.
