“My favourite store on Main Street. I’ll come here very often to get treats for my dog because they’re high-quality and fresh. After sometime visiting, though started looking at the clothing options as well that they carry, and I was extremely impressed with the quality, not to mention the owners are just fantastic people. Extremely personable, tentative, and joy to speak to. My dog makes me burn into the store. Every single time walked down the street and I’m not really mad about it. I have purchased a few pieces of clothing from here and I will continue to do so in the future. They can also order anything from their online store directly to them as well.”

“What a great experience! Lori/Laurie saved the day annd then made my day! I arrived at the Green Lane location to return some items I had ordered online. I didn’t realize I needed to bring the packing slip from the order as I assumed the online order on my account could be pulled up. Lori/Laurie found a solution and was able to find a step by step how-to process to work through the return without the original slip. She was delightful and funny while she tested each “should work” step and she was able to complete the return and eradicate my panic that I’d driven 35 minutes to ensure I met my return deadline only to have forgotten the required slip.She then also pointed me to the tack of returns where I might find pants in extra-long since my return was based on the long length not being long enough. I didn’t find on ya but I did find a fantastic must-have blazer!! The experience started off feeing like it was headed for disaster and Lori/Laurie was so committed to creating a solution and she quickly turned it all around. I’ll be back!!Suggestions: name tags for team members would allow us to give Lori/Laurie kudos while also getting her name right!And…. Please bring bootcut dress pants back in extra long!! Specifically the Bradley bootcut in solid classic colours (black, navy, dark grey)! We tall girls really need those 36” inseams!!”

She genuinely desired to help me put a few looks together for an event and some everyday outfits. As a mom who hasn't shopped for herself in a while and was looking for a new style, I needed all the help I could get. I felt so comfortable and amazed by the level of product knowledge and customer service by Sara and the rest of the staff here. “One of my favourite thrifts to visit. I always find a vintage treasure here. It’s my go to for housewares and vintage decor. I haven’t been successful in the clothing department, I do find there prices higher then other thrifts for this. They now have a loyalty card where you can earn points which is a nice perk if you visit often. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly.The do have great hours open 6 days a week from 9am-9pm.If your thrifting in the Newmarket area don’t forget to check them out. “Diego is amazing and I finally found a place to get good clothes that actually fit me and feel comfortable.
Story time:
I bought some shirts online on a BOGO deal and they weren't what I expected so I came in to return them and he handled the process seamlessly and easy. I then wondered off to browse and Diego saw that I had forgotten my wallet at the counter and returned it to me. I was shocked that I had forgotten my wallet, but Diego was gracious and friendly in returning it to me, even though I was so embarrassed.
A long time ago I came into the store and the lady at the time said nothing would fit me as I was too small, so I didn't return for a while, buying bad fitting clothes for a long time. I finally returned to give the store another try, and met Diego. He was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like nothing would fit me in the store. He gave me suggestions and I left with a couple of shirts that fit me great and were finally tall enough to hide my belly when raising my arms!
Now with this latest visit, I couldn't speak well enough of my last experiences thanks to Diego!”
