This rexall pharmacy is very poorly managed. I changed pharmacies a while back due to experiencing poor attitudes and service of the pharmacy staff many times. Decided to try it again as a prescription was faxed here by mistake. I had an agreed upon scheduled pickup time. Arrived and was told I had to wait another 3 hours. Unfortunately, like most people, I don’t have time to be dodged around and then be dismissed, treated poorly, and spoken to rudely by their pharmacy staff. Shoppers will help this poorly run establishment level up their customer service to an appropriate level, or run them out altogether.

Absolutely garbage! I sent in my prescription for my inhaler that I need to breathe with, three days ago and it's still not filled. They don't even have to make it they just have to put the premade inhaler in a bag, scan it send it. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Pathetic!!!!! I feel awful for these elderly people because it seems like it's being done on purpose. I come in contact with a few pharmacists who work there who are wildly ignorant! And on some sort of power Trip. Do an internal investigation cuz of this playing with people's lives.
Edit! I called and it's still not filled why does it take 3 days to fill an inhaler? You need to fire people and actually hire proper people because like I said before now you're playing with people's lives but maybe one day someone will come around and have a lawsuit against y'all and that will be the end of Rexall pharmacy
Edit#2 I have called the head office in Mississauga and talked to a wonderful representative of the complaint department. Took down my name listened to my complaint, did something about it and now I am waiting on a phone call from someone to discuss this further.

The service is absolute trash they had a week to fill a prescription that my doctor sent over that day, claimed that it was never sent and then The day I needed that prescription they claimed that it was never sent even though it was clarified by my doctor it was sent (multiple times) and I was also notified by my doctor this is an ongoing situation of this happening with Rexall (it isn't even the first time this is happened for me) if I give this zero stars I would because also their customer service is absolute trash, mishandling of prescriptions and getting things done in a timely manner is absolute garbage. I do not recommend going here I recommend going to any other pharmacy located in dunnville :)

Not sure what happened to this store, they used to have great customer service. Now nothing is ready on time. The only thing they are good at is coming up with excuses. I was given the wrong vaccine by the pharmacist and when they called a week later to tell me all they said was that it wasn’t there normal pharmacist and she made a mistake. I’m not sure how a mistake like that can be made. Awful customer service.

Had to drive out of town to get a prescription filled even-though it was in stock, it was a prescription from the hospital. Yes I am Canadian but recently returned from living in the U.S. Because I did not have an OHIP card they would not fill a 3 day supply of pain pills but the pharmacy in the next town did fill it .. thanks for making me drive an extra hour while in pain.

Every time I place a order for a refill prescription by phone I go in 2 days later and still not ready . The store in dunville suck big time .

After over 20yrs of having my prescriptions filled here, I have now transferred them to Hauser's. In the last couple of years, it has been impossible to get a prescription in a reasonable time frame.Today was the last straw. I submitted my prescription on Tuesday morning, and I was informed it should be ready in about an hour. I went in today (friday), and it once again wasn't ready. After waiting half an hour, I had enough time to walk down to the other pharmacy, request my script transfer for myself and my family, walk back, and then drive home before my wife finally got a text to say it was ready, a total of 1hr of wait time, 4 days after I dropped it off

I've been dealing with this store for over 20 years. Service has been on decline for past few years. Like many other reviews refills never ready, customer experience is terrible. Today was again another negative experience. I called last night to book an appointment for a flu shot. The pharmacist told me I didn't need an appointment just walk in. I went at 8:40 am today to be told we aren't doing them until 10 AM today when 2 pharmacists were on duty. There wasn't another sole waiting in line to order or pick up a prescription - so seriously you would think they could have accommodated me.

I was behind a senior possibly in her 90s on Tues senior day .Possibly goes in every Tuesday on discount day .This lady got up to cash had a very small voltran cream came up 14.99way over priced she asked if that was with senior discount she was told she doesn't get it because she doesn't have a Be well card ?? Really Shame on Rexall drugs for not giving discounts to seniors that had no idea about a rewards card I was so mad and still am .she took a card with no argument .so sadI am so mad at this and yes your employee said well it's been like that for 2 years .This lady probably assumed she was given discount for last 2 years .Shame on you .not going in there unless this changes Sharon Knoll

I think that this branch is in desperate need of management/leadership. I think that the staff tries hard but there seems to be no support from the leadership team. I'm guessing that at my inconvenience the bosses keep the branch 3 or 4 workers short all day long. It's the new way of conducting business Canada. They will eventually run it into the ground!

Same as usual drugs ordered. Told pharmacy we would pick up in couple of days, guess what not ready. I have lived here 2 years now and not had 1 script ready on time.

I left my drugs at home in the falls by mistake and after 4 or 5 calls, I was given 7 pills to tide me over. No charge. Thank you.

I have had good experiences dealing with two of the pharmacists here, including Diane - however, there are pharmacy employees working here who are not only inefficient, but lack very basic customer service skills. Recently I presented some pre surgical prescriptions to be filled, one of which was an ongoing medication I take regularly. I dealt with a new woman I had not encountered before - she informed me that one of the items was on back order and unavailable. I was aware of this and told her to check for the replacement medication my doctor had approved in the past - to which she stated that it was also on back order and there were NO medications of this type available anywhere at that time. Her demeanor was unhelpful and extremely uncaring - I would classify it as somewhat demeaning. I proceeded to call around to other pharmacies and finally found one that had it in stock - so I called Rexall back to advise them to fax my prescription to the other pharmacy. At this point I dealt with Diane - who actually did her job and checked the in store stock and advised me they had 4 bottles of my medication which had come in the day before. All that stress because one of the employees was too arrogant to do her job properly and actually check the stock. Unacceptable. I realize that many medications are on backorder at this time - but this presents even more reason to be diligent in your job and empathetic to the customers involved. Pharmacy staff must remember that they are dealing with people's health care and mistakes can lead to serious issues. The manager of this store needs to take a serious look at staffing issues and ensure good staff are treated well enough that they want to continue working there.
