Gordana allowed me to take my time browsing the wide selection of dresses and didn’t rush me at all. When I was trying on the dresses she was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of great tips. She knew that I wasn’t ready to buy my dress on the first visit and she wasn’t pushy at all.”

“We love hot topic...But the last time we went in they looked like they were clearing the place out-- stock just wasn't out or on the shelves like it usually is. It was a little disappointing since we drive an hr to come to this location.Other than the lack of stock, the store is still a favorite.”

“I had a very pleasant shopping experience here this past Sunday. I was looking for specific items I saw online and a very nice sales lady (name started with an S) helped me find them, got my change room together, switched out the sizes I needed and even provided feedback on which items looked better than others. I try to avoid shopping in person due to poor customer service you find in most stores these days, but not here. I really felt this sales lady went the extra mile. Also, the lady checking me out at the cash did an excellent job explaining the dynamite app and how to earn points to get discounts on future purchases. I look forward to shopping at this location in the future:)”

I wish I could just pop in whenever I needed but it’s on the far side of the country. Hopefully I can get back there again.”

“I was there helping my neighbour return a few items and exchange them for the correct size. She is seeing impaired and did not have her bill. However, the 2 staff members , one who had served her the previous day, was very helpful in making the necessary adjustment. They handled the transaction with such kindness and concern , that I'm sorry I did not get their names to contact their manager and say how much my neighbour appreciated their help.”

“This is a huge Old Navy.If you're looking for kids clothing, this store has a huge selection. My only complaint was that the athletic clothes are hidden in the farback corner of the store... and that the changing rooms had line ups that seemed to take forever to get through.”
