This guy should of been a door to door vacuum sales man . He scammed me and i was his cottage neighbor.I wouldn't trust this guy as far as i could throw him. Its hard to trust someone when they go back on there word. I also noticed there friends don't last long, so that tells me alot abought someone's character. And the wife is a real sweet heart . What a mouth piece. Extremely disgusting woman if you want to call it that.I word to the wise, be careful whom you business with and always read reviews about the company your buying from.We could be headed for a bad economy in the near futureBe wise whom you do business with!!

This is the place to go if you want advice and suggestions on types of vacuums that are best for your application. The owner, Brian, is very knowledgeable about the products and has lots of supplies such as bags or additional attachments for the unit you choose. Friendly service and reasonably priced products. 5-star small business for sure.

I believe very strongly in supporting local businesses, but my experience with Superior Vacuum was very disappointing. I called them about repairing my 2-yr-old vacuum. I explained that I thought it was the switch. The man on the phone was nice and told me to bring it in, he'd have a look. I brought it in. The man who met me barely looked at my vacuum, told me that it was probably a power issue and that there was nothing he could do to fix it. He couldn't get parts as there were none available; the manufacturer didn't supply parts; he could maybe take it apart but it would probably snap and that would be the end of it anyway. I decided to get a second opinion. I love that vacuum and I'd paid a lot for it. The next day, I took it to a vacuum repair place near my work in Mississauga. The guy there charged me $70 and it was repaired the next day. I've been using it 3 weeks now, no issues. So, I guess if you want a new vacuum, you could shop at Superior (I won't), but if you need something repaired, reconsider.

I received great service before, but on the occasion I failed to see a switch which had been accidentally turned off. The gentleman I spoke to handled this with humor, and didn't make me feel stupid. And he didn't charge me.Great service, thanks.

Bought a yellow commercial vacuum and it has exceeded expectations. Brian as well as the lady behind the desk were plesant ,knowledgable and willing to answer all my questions. Service like this is truly a "lost trait" thanks it really really suuuuucks?
