Great staff and a nice space where you can come and go as you please 24/7. Smaller space that does have most things you would need, but it is sometimes hard to get the equipment you want if there are other members or it gets busy. It’s a great gym and the trainers definitely know what they are doing. They are happy to customize your workouts based on your goals.

Great gym - clean, all staff are friendly, and such a good atmosphere for those that are intimidated by "big box" gyms!
