Though they didn't have a lot of options in store, they said they could easily order one in if we could find something promising. I told them what I had in mind, and they were able to find a vacuum with great reviews that fit my needs. They had it ready for pickup within a few days. “The first time my parents ever let me leave the house on my own was with my older friend of a couple years Rory who lived next door back in around 1990 or so I was about 10. I was so excited when my mom agreed to let me go with him. We went for a walk a couple miles to Westcliff mall and into Home Hardware where we each had 10 dollars or so to spend given by our parents. Rory suggested we should buy our each of our parents a gift with the money we had been given. I think I bought some sort of a toolbox for my dad here or something. Every time I go to Westcliff, im so glad to see this place is still here as so many other places have come and gone. Like the fish and chips place and the video rental stores. Rest in Peace Rory”

“Great service. But the quality of the wood I find lacking..not sure if it shortages causing it or just poor suppliers...I'm not a fan of the self check out. I think they should get rid of it and just hire more staff”

“Was just here to purchase wall paneling, couldn't find it on the floor so went looking for assistance. Eric took the initiative to approach me offering his help. Pleasant to chat with, was able to locate the product and put the extra effort in to obtain the boxes from higher shelf. Brought it to the cash and loaded it on the cart. Awesome service from the whole team at the Waterdown location. Extra bonus they had a bucket of Halloween candy they were giving out! Thanks for a great experience!”
