“This is my family’s goto grocery store, know this store and its owners for the past 10+ years from Milton, now in Burlington, best quality items are always in stock, very well maintained and clean store with lots and lots of variety of South Asian grocery items, very polite and welcoming staff at the checkout to assist shoppers.”
“The hot food in the back is a nice choice for a quick lunch if you are in the area. The fish sandwich I got was a little on the boring side, but the quality of the food for the price, you will not beat.
The staff are super friendly and kind at both the hot food bar and the front till.”

“My wife and I order M&M products all the time, especially taking advantage of the sales that we receive via e-mail notifications. We used to frequent another M&M store at another location (but recently experienced an unpleasant situation). So we travel the extra distance from our residence now and go to this store. Very friendly, competent and accommodating staff on hand at this location. We enjoy the Honey Garlic (fall off the ribs) when on sale, also the Chicken Strips and Jumbo Coconut Battered shrimp. Put them in an Air-Fryer and ready in no time, also the Homestyle Meatloaf is tasty too. Have tried other M&M products also, when one is working, it is easy way to prepare meals quickly, without any fuss and slaving over a stove. Also on hand many other single dishes, that can be quickly microwaved for a quick dinners i.e. macaroni & cheese, cabbage rolls, spaghetti dinners to name a few. We will continue to use this franchise store as an alternative to the one we used to frequent (not mentioning any location)

I found the prices to be VERY fair - if you're accustomed to shopping at places like Longos or Sobeys, you'll find similar quality and as much as a dollar or so less than in higher end guys.
I found them to be VERY clean, offering a variety vegan, gluten-free and keto options.
Small but quaint. All the staff members seem very friendly and eager to help.”

“Husband wanted to make chicken vol-au-vent. We looked high & low for shells or puff pastry - to no avail. We’ve been coming to Picone’s for decades - surely we’ll find some there. I relayed this to the very nice person behind the deli counter & asked if they had any. No, they didn’t. At this point she could’ve just said, “sorry!”, and we’d be on our way. Instead, she said she’d be happy to fetch a frozen pastry sheet from the back - pastry that was for the shop’s own use - and price it reasonably. Talk about going the extra mile! I asked for her name. That “very nice person” was none other than Theresa Picone. We cannot stress enough how grateful we were for her kindness. The puff pastry was exactly what we were looking for and the meal was delicious!”
