“I love this store. Designers clothes at a fraction of the price. I don't know why people get things like Walmart clothes, when you can hit a clearance rack here and get something that will last longer and fit better for the same money.”

“MARCONI - you rock! I am not surprised to see so many great reviews shared about him. He saved my day. We had a leak in one of the washrooms, ran over to the store feeling very anxious wondering if I would even get someone to help to find the right product. I had shut off the waterline as a result of this and had no water running at home. I am so happy I got him. He gave me 3 things - option A, option B and Option C. I guess he noticed how desperate I was for help, he even offered to come over to my house to see what I need if I couldn’t figure out myself then come back to the store to get it. LIKE WHO DOES THAT???? I ended up grabbing the right product and it all worked out but I walked in feeling super nervous and seconds after I dealt with him, I felt sooooooo relieved. Other employees were also very helpful!”

Based on my experience, his knowledge shines through when he explains things, which makes a huge difference in helping customers like me -- someone whose knowledge of automobiles is very limited.”
“I like that this location is a combination of Marshalls and HomeSense, allowing a one stop shop for clothing and housewares. I have occasionally found good stuff at this Marshalls, such as a Expos sweater, TMNT underwear, and a Vancouver Grizzlies sweatshirt, but I would say you would need to go the Marshalls on Upper James for the best overall finds. The HomeSense has some nice soap dispensers, table decorating stuff, and even some nice tables and rugs, from my experience. Just needs to have a better selection of stuff consistently.”

“This store is amazing-Located in a huge parking area, next to the Dollarama Store. It has everything, clothing, food and many other grocery items at competitive, reasonable prices. The staff on hand is friendly and accommodating. They also carry extra large sizes of clothing for the larger people. Sell shirts, sweaters, P.J.’s, coats, underwear, hats, pants, jogging/rugby pants, socks etc. for all seasons. Also carry linen, and bedding needs. Have many refrigerated food items too, milk, butter, margarine, eggs etc. Just like a small grocery/clothing store all in one.”
“What a lovely shopping experience in a day when it is often difficult to find assistance. I love the bay( reminds me of Eatons and I am dating myself) I walked into the men's area seeking an outfit to compliment my husband's jacket. We had an upcoming event the next day and well men, u know. I saw a gal right away and asked if she could assist me. She graciously took me around as we try to match top and pants to the jacket. She reminded me that everything was 30% off and I also had downloaded a 15$ off coupon. I kept asking her if she was still ok to help and she assured me all was good. We snagged some nice items but she called over another gal to make sure it all matched. This gal dresses the mannequin and gave me the nod and thumbs up. I was in and out with a great outfit thanks to these gals and the plethora of choices that the bay offers. I sure hope they continue to thrive as I know brick and mortar stores are getting fewer and further between. Yeah to the Bay!”
“Nice clean store. Lots of selection for halloween. The pet treats section was very small. I remember seeing a huge selection of pet treats. Perhaps they are phasing that section out.”

“We have had positive experience when we were there for the first time at this Marshall store. They are located in the city of Burlington in the busy area of other retailers. They offer nice gifts with very reasonable prices. They also have many good collections of gift items. For your gift purchases, this would be a great place. We bought some Christmas gifts from this store. I would definitely recommend this place.”

They have recently installed some self checkouts that have really made cashing out a lot quicker.”

“Awesome mall - upper-scale, clean, well maintained, and friendly staff.Parking is a little bit of an issue, but not too bad. I would not recommending coming here in the month of December, though - there simply aren't enough spaces to accommodate the volume of traffic for Christmas shopping.”
“Had the best experience at the Waterdown Walmart today. We saw outdoor furniture online that we really loved on sale and we to Walmart immediately to purchase it. The staff found, brought, and put the rather large box onto our vehicle. By far the best experience I’ve had purchasing a large item at Walmart and I will continue to go to the Waterdown Walmart for all of my purchases.”
“They did great they were quick they would’ve got a five star but I ordered that $10 photo book 20 photos and it came with advertisement photos in there two of them that we had to like cut out and you can tell they’re being cut I do believe it was an accident but if it’s not next day and it’s really poor service because every package of photos had two photos of advertisements, and it was a package with the photo book still have two pages of advertisements photos however, there’s also two in the book I am very upset by that it was a Christmas gift. It was embarrassing.”

“I frequently visit Walmart at different locations, but normally the one that’s closest to my residence. If I was able to get here easier, it would be my go-to Walmart :)The staff has always been easy to find, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. The aisles are always filled, even in the midst of the covid pandemic with another lock-down coming soon, to my knowledge I believe another lock down is coming soon, I could be wrong.Bottom line, one of the best Walmart’s in Hamilton 100%”
“This is an appeal to enhance security in this location. On Wednesday August 30 at about 7:30 pm a group of people were acting unruly, cutting people off etc. When they checked out a little kid with them had a fairly big toy that nobody paid for, which they were asked to. The man of the group grabbed the toy roughly and threw it, shouting racial slurs. Customers and 3 staffers heard all of this. This was extremely upsetting. Don't leave it yo gentle staffers to manage. .”
“I thoroughly appreciated the support and customer service today. I had two ladies (Nishva- Customer Service Manager) & Avinash ( Fashion Associate) helping me shop and locate clothing on a wish list for a child in need. This took a lot of time and patience. I expected to run around the store looking for all those the requested items but instead they placed me strategically in one spot and brought all of the items to me. I and without words on how grateful I am for such a personable and heartwarming experience. I hope that they are recognized for going above and beyond their call of duty. So would appreciate if someone could tell me where I can speak to this wonderful experience so that they are recognized not just on this review. Ladies, thank you again. with highly stacked shelves gives an
appearance to me of a very new
and modern concept and lots of
