This post office has cleaned house and now has friendly and capable staff. I'm changing my rating from 1 a few years ago to 4 now. (Would be 5 if they'd let people have a key to the mailboxes for after hours).

My parcel came to them, they called me one time in the am. ( when people are at work) then i called after work a few hours later and they saod they sent my parcel back out!! We are in a new area with it hard for ppl to find. I spoke with other places and they are to hold the mail!!!! And now i cant find or track my parcel!!! Great

I have to disagree with any negative reviews for this Post Office. The staff, particularly Darlene & Heather have really gone above & beyond to assist my elderly father in facilitating his move. The move was extremely difficult for him & they showed exemplary understanding & empathy to all of us. A++. Thank you all very much

The people that work at this branch go above and beyond. Darlene, in particular helps me so much. She even lets me know when there are special stamps that can jazz up my newsletters.

Why is the front door always locked after hours?? How are people who work past 6pm supposed to get there mail???? Why not leave the door unlocked for the mail boxes??

Please stop writing on my mail. I cannot put a P.O box in a chequebook, or letters from the CRA, or from service Ontario or otherwise. It is rude and passive aggressive. Do your job and look up the box as you're clearly capable of doing.
