Staff was friendly enough, my issue was while doing my shopping I noticed there was alot of expired product in he bunkers and on the shelves. It was disappointing since this is the closest grocery store.

I had a weird experience today that made no sense. I went to the deli to order cold cuts and I asked for a raw rotisserie chicken (which I have done many times before) and they said they can’t sell me one. The owner of the location was there and when I asked why he simply responded by that’s not the way it’s done. I shop super early in the morning as I’m a single mom of 2 kids and I like to meal plan. When I asked what the difference was for me to buy this chicken or another chicken off the shelf he said there isn’t one it’s just not the way it’s done. My meal plan for this week has to be redone as there was no reasoning with the new owner. He chose zero business instead of helping out a client and keeping business. I won’t be back. Many other stores will sell me the chicken. Very silly reasoning and very poor business sense in my opinion.

This is a lively store. It had everything I was looking for and more. Cold deli, hot deli and so much more. We were up in the area camping for 2 weeks and it was about a 30min drive to this store. Loved it.

Absolute essential for those living in the more rual regions of Sudbury near Dowling. Wonderful service, they even got an LCBO! Produce is great too! And fairly priced.
