We’ve been to many truck stops due to the fact that we pull our fifth wheel with us. This is by far one of the most cleanest we’ve been to in a long time. Staff friendly and helpful keep up the good job. Travelling from Mattawa to US border.

Disgusting location with disgusting manager “Mayank” . I am professional truck driver and always use petro pass or BVD showers while in canada. I took showers on this locations numerous time but today guy name Mayank(petro manager according to him) at that time told me that i have to pay for my showers. When i ask him why ? he said I don’t have petro receipt. I showed him other receipt where i used BVD card and i filled 479.62 litre of diesel. He said no again and again. I guess he said like that because when I entered petro facility using my bvd card he was busy in his phone watching some stuff & he shocked when he saw us as he didn’t expect us at that time. When i told him that i used showers on this location before too on that same store receipts he denied me again & again and told me liar. Please enquire this issue & teach this guy a good customer service & also teach him that don’t ever called a customer liar.

In my opinion is the only truck stop I’ve seen with very large parking spots.
At this time is not easy to get there , because of the constructions.

Reno or not, showers should always be available but this is Canada where Petro Canada junk continues to disappoint. Stay away drivers if you need a shower. For a nice clean hot shower with a company also under renovations, Flying J is up the road.

Truck fuel bar squeegee zero is missing or cheap ones so they don't work right always low on windshield cleaning supplies

I have never been here but my husband is a truck driver and I have to hear about the lack of available services at this place every time he is staying in their lot for the night, which has been 1 to 3 nights a week lately. I know it's going to be a bad night when he has to stay in Dorcester.
I know they have the showers closed down for renovations but they are supposedly a Petro Pass providing"fundamental" services for truck drivers 24 hours a day. Why, in God's name, are the bathrooms locked at 4 am? Bathroom access for people staying overnight would be the bare minimum they could do. All doors, even to the store are locked at 4 am on a Friday? Common.

It's such a nice truck stop in an excellent location!! The gas station, lounge/showers, washroom, and convenience store are always super clean with excellent staff!!! Lots of great finds in the store as well! The lot has lots of grass for our dog when we stay with the truck and we're always so impressed with how clean the grounds are!!! Our go to stop in the London area!!
