I would definitely recommend Dorchester pet care and supply! They are very knowledgeable and helpful pet lovers and fantastic business people! The prices are great and I love the free delivery right to my door. I really cannot say enough good things about Jen and Paul and this business in general!

With 3 dogs, 2 kids and a full time job life gets busy and their delivery service is such a blessing. I get my order so quickly I don’t know how they do it. I never have to worry about running out if food as they know my order schedule and make sure to always have stock when I will need it. They carry high quality dog food that is hard to find anywhere else and are knowledgeable on each type of food they carry. They are passionate about the items they carry and do not put anything on their shelves they wouldn’t give to their own dogs.
In a big store you are just a customer, here they know your name and appreciate your business and to me that makes a big difference

My poodle is my world. I only feed her the highest quality food & treats. Paul, owner is extremely knowledgeable about what goes in every product he sells. He is local and supports Canadian quality brands which I love! He delivers and even made a Christmas morning delivery, that is so impressive and beyond my expectation! Exemplary service and very knowledgeable! You can tell they care about you and your pets!Dorchester Pet Care & Supply was recommended to me by a friend of mine as I had recently gotten a Golden Retriever puppy and was looking for the best for my new pet! I stopped by after work and Paul took the time to explain the difference between the food my dog was currently on (from the breeder) and why it wasn’t good for her. Paul also then compared it to to the food in which he recommended for her and the difference in quality of ingredients being used is huge! I’ve since purchased a second bag of the same food he recommended and Dahlia is loving it! 12/10 recommend!!

I have been ordering from Paul and Jennifer for a few years now. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I and my furbabies are taken care of. Knowledgeable of their North American products and do not just try to sell for the sake of selling the most expensive product. Deliveries have ALWAYS come within 24 hours, and sometimes a happy surprise within 2 hours of ordering....shocked ?. Something to be said for small local business.I am really happy to say that they are even joining me with my new puppy families and providing me with go home puppy food. Be sure to check them out!!!! I have been shopping at this business for quite awhile now, and just recently decided to take advantage of their delivery service - so convenient, fast delivery to my front door! And I love that they take the time to research what pet food they are selling, and focus on quality for our beloved pets . . . as well as Canadian made! Great local business!
