Im very disappointed, I know what it's like to work retail I know that we all have issues in our life but seriously come on I'm trying ti be friendly and positive, the man behind the counter honestly you did not need to THROW my items ontoo of each other, cans onto if breakable. Just literally scanning and tossing. Not very professional at all that was 60,$ I spent at your store. Geesh was a little uncomfortable like I was an inconvenience to him

I had a disappointing experience at this Dollarama location. I noticed the same product with two different prices—$2.50 on some items and $3.00 on others. When I inquired with the manager about the price discrepancy, her response was unhelpful and rude. She explained that Dollarama’s policy only allowed her to sell one item at $2.50, even though two of the items were labeled at that price. She said the correct price was 3.00 dollars.
When I questioned this further, she became dismissive and even accused me of “making it personal.” This was completely uncalled for, as I had asked my questions politely. Her tone and lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome, especially when she impatiently said, “Are you going to take them or not?”
As a regular customer, I expect better customer service. I urge Dollarama to train its staff on how to handle customer inquiries with respect and kindness. Experiences like this make me think twice about shopping here again. I understand the price was incorrect, but it's confusing to see two different prices for the same item, that's all I wanted to know.

Good old dollarama. Usually a good location. The last two times I went in there I was literally followed by some creepy dude everywhere I went. Same guy both times. I don't know if they would need security at a dollar store in the country, anyway if he got any closer to me I was ready. I'm not going back to a dollar store to be harassed!

I have been in the store 2ce in the last 2 weeks. The man that they have working the till is miserable. Doesn't say hello, thank you or anything in between. Today when I went ,there was a lady at the till that I walked by. I heard him say he would be there in a minute. I walked down the book isle for something, around to the candy isle for my halls. I passed him hanging up bags of candies. He was just opening another box to hang up. I headed for the till and there was the person still waiting there. We carried on a conversation while he finished the box, then came up to the till and said nothing. Checked us out, didn’t say a word to either of us. Not even have a nice day. It was a little uncomfortable.
