Deseronto LCBO has always been my favorite LCBO! Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff, for the most part. Recently, their is one male staff member who isn't ignorant, he is however very dull and non-responsive to gratitude. No reason to smile and probably not worth asking advice or help from the guy! If they replaced him with a more professional customer service individual, they would be absolutely awesome again.
