TLDR Colour matching gone wrong didnt fix it, lied to me, messed up a whole gallon of paint.Went there for colour matching. with a paint can from there with the could written on it. the guy messed it up and then dabbed it on the old can which tainted the sample on top which made it unusable.my wife went in because it was too dark and looking green and they gave us no discount or correction or anything.on top of that they just kept telling me when i went in the first time that they didnt use marker they had stickers and then when my wife went in and explained the second time they said "we only got the sticker machine recently"

I’m not sure why, but deep river stores have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Even family that have come visited have commented on how terrible it is. This Home hardware has some of the least helpful workers. Rude, pushy and treat you like an inconvenience.
