“I chose Luxe Auto lounge for rust protection of my SUV. They have Rust Chek, a top quality product. I believe they are the only ones in Ottawa who offer it. Kyle, the owner took the time to answer my questions, and I felt comfortable bringing my SUV to him. We had a miss communication on the service. I wrote him an email with my concerns and he called me back first thing the next morning. We made an appointment to look at the vehicle together, he addressed all my concerns and made it right. “I can't say enough positive things about the staff at the service front desk. They've always been accommodating, polite, and have looked after my car. They've been accommodating in taking in my car when there was an issue and I didn't have to wait long for an appointment.
They've always explained what needs to be done with my car and if there are any issues, they've sent an email with a photo of the problem and suggestions to fix the issue. They do not try to pressure you into making any unnecessary repairs.

“My bike is a full suspension, and I had just spent 50$ on a hand pump I was told would work on my rear shock /suspension to refill the chamber and re pressurize it……. It did not….
I forget the gentleman’s name but in the evening on night last week? He tossed me 2-3$ out of his pocket to turn the air on. I was POSITIVE there was manual override inside to turn it on; at least at one point I know there was.
This was not the case and buddy without hesitation paid for my air in my bike.
I’m gonna have to into return at some point and find this guys name so I can update and inform management of this kind behavior. Speaks volumes of his character and I genuinely appreciate his help.
