John booked our flights, car, transfers, tours and some of our hotels for our 3 week driving tour of France. This is our 4th or 5th time using Durham Travel and it's always been a good experience. Designing and planning a trip is an iterative process. John always suggests options and takes the time to match our expectations to the plan through each iteration. He's always informative, polite and professional. I highly recommend Durham Travel regardless of how simple or complex your travels are.

We had an incredible experience with Teresa! She was consistently available for any questions I had about out trip. Always just a text, phone call or email away. I felt so safe and secure knowing that a friendly, patient and kind voice was waiting on the other end of the phone should I need any help. Teresa always went the extra mile to ensure we were having a smooth and enjoyable experience! We went to Paradisus by Melia in Playa del Carmen and could not recommend it enough! Such an outstanding experience!! Thanks Teresa!

My experience here on multiple occasions has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve dealt with Helen both times and she is amazing! I first heard of her through my friend’s mom when we were booking a trip together, and recently booked another trip and said I would give my business to her every time I would travel even though it isn’t often and once again, she was very prompt, gave all information needed and gave plenty of insightful advice. The whole process of booking with her is easy and she makes sure to email you all updates and detailed information about the country you’re going to, your flight, your resort, and in general all information she feels is important for you to know on your trip.
I highly recommended Durham Travel if you’re looking to book a trip, and recommend Helen in particular!

I walked in to this place to get some help or information on booking a trip. The lady that talked to me was so rude and stand offish. I left this place feeling so down, I wouldn’t want to use this travel agency at all.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Teresa from Durham Travel to plan our family's dream vacation, and we cannot express our gratitude enough for the exceptional service we received. The destination suggestion of the Fives Beach Hotel & Residences in Playa del Carmen, Mexico turned out to be a gem. From the initial consultation to the final booking, Teresa demonstrated a level of expertise and dedication that truly exceeded our expectations. She took the time to understand our family's unique needs (our daughter has Celiac Disease and needs a gluten free diet) and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of our vacation would create the perfect experience.
Throughout the planning process, Teresa maintained excellent communication, promptly addressing problems that came up and any questions or concerns we had.
Looking back on our family vacation, we are so thankful for Teresa and Durham Travel's outstanding service. Thank you Teresa for making our vacation unforgettable. We look forward to planning our next adventure with you!

We have been dealing with Durham Travel for many years.We have never had a problem on any of our trips.Everything has been foolproofChristine Herdsman has been our go-to person for about 20 years.Christine is very knowledgeable about the travel industry & gives great advice and/or knowledgeable alternativesWe left Durham Travel with everything buttoned up.As well as trip being booked, we had to get our son booked to fly in from Winnipeg & returned to Winnipeg once we have arrived back home.Well done Durham Travel, again

Christine Herdsman provided exemplary service. I dropped in on a whim and after asking me a few questions she was able to book a fantastic trip for me and my daughter. I am not a seasoned traveller so was very pleased that she was able to walk me through the process and anticipated my questions. She kept me informed via email and reminded me to complete any necessary forms as required. I highly recommend her and Durham Travel. I will definitely be booking all my travel with Christine and urge everyone to do the same. You won't be disappointed.

I have been using Durham Travel for almost two decades. We have always had a fantastic experience. Still having a store-front desk space with multiple agents means you can pop in anytime and ask away.They always have answers for questions and lots of information for whatever destination you are looking to travel to.Different agents have different expertise and they all come together to find the best trip for you!You can always call and double check info if needed. They are always welcoming to phone calls!We recently traveled to Cuba, there is lots of things happening with shortages. John made sure to call after our trip to find out exactly how everything was. ( Fantastic by the way, Iberostar Playa Pilar)They also always call after a trip to find out how it was, they use that info to help the next guest with their trip! Especially with resort life being very up and down, they like to know the true experience so they can share that with their other clients.100% recommend! 40 trips later as a family and we will will always book here!!

Thank you Durham Travel for helping us book our trip to Sandals Barbados! Teresa was absolutely fantastic to deal with! Her after sale service is second to none. She kept in touch with us right up until we returned from our vacation. She provided us with information on local festivals and attractions, sent quick airport check-in reminder emails/text and we even had a personalized message from her upon arriving in our room! She checked in with us during our trip to ensure everything was as expected. Our experience in dealing with Teresa was top notch and we will not hesitate to use her services again for our future trips or recommend her to family and friends. Thanks Teresa! Well done!
