“As a women, I have been here twice by myself. I'd say the experience both times was amazing. The workers there are honest and will explain things to you really well. I have never felt pressured or made to feel scared to by into more services. Joe at the front is very friendly. I sat in the shop for a while listening to him speak and a few mechanics came in needing services and he talked to them with just as much respect as he talked to me who doesn't know anything. I was very impressed by that. All and all. A great place to go if you are a women wanting to find a place that is comfortable for you. :)”

“I was having some tranny issue's, which is anyone's worst nightmare. I called Nissan, had my car dropped off, issue diagnosed, car fixed and returned to me all within 5 hours!!! Usually dealing with dealerships directly can be a headache. They were very accommodating, and extremely professional. “I got a oil and filter change on my Corvette, I'm a finicky guy when it comes to my car, A) the floor was cleaner than my car, B) Nick treated it like it was his own car, super careful positioning the hoist arms. If Google had a 10 star rating, Classic Auto would get it from me. Specialty auto or daily driver, give them a call a rest easy!

“My son purchased his very first car from Kevin at KP‘s auto. Kevin was excellent to deal with. Prices are very fair and Kevin seems to really know his car as well as he’s also a mechanic and KP‘s auto has been around for many many years. We first started looking here for cars as they had a great reputation in Durham. Kevin and his team are not pushy sales people nor do they hover over you when you’re looking. He always has all of his cars listed on his board with prices and mileage so even if you drop in on the weekend when they’re closed, you can see through the window what’s, what.
Once we found a car that was suitable, Kevin kindly walked us through the process of making a good deal. Car was fully certified and he even went above and beyond to make sure my son was looked after which was super appreciated. “Thursday night this Comuters car was making a horrible noise all of a sudden. Friday morning I sat in the Whitby stores parking lot when they opened at 8:00 planning on booking a Saturday morning appointment. They offered to do my muffler replacement immediately and by 8:45 I was on my way to the city. Such excellent, efficient, quick service. I was completely blown away with the friendly staff and speed of my repair to get me back on the road. Thank you, Whitby Midas you were fantastic!”

Going to see Ben was like taking my car to someone I know. Felt like home. He diagnosed my car and gave me an estimate based on what needed to get fixed and what I could hold off on. And didn't try to gouge me for more work.
I self diagnosed my issues and expressed those to him. He took the time to go over my car properly and find the real issues and fix them within 3 days of dropping my car off.
Was very pleased with the overall transaction from dropping my car off, to having it repaired. Feels like I'm driving a new car.
As long as Big Ben's is around, and I need any mechanical work done, he's the guy I will go to. And if he is unable to fix something, he knows trust worthy guys like him, who can.
