Great service…they worked on my two laptops through the holidays! On one unit, they were quick to come back and tell me that it wasn’t worth fixing (blown motherboard). On the other (broken screen) they repaired it quickly and gave me an accurate estimate for both! Would definitely use this business again!

Excellent customer service. Both gentleman asked lots of questions for what I needed and showed me exactly what I was looking for.They are really trying to make this place more computer/tech focused and I would encourage anyone to buy from them when you can. They deserve as much attention as they can get.

Worst service ever ive been there twice they dont like to help you. I was there today to get a cable for my computer old man was watching comedian indian show & was laughing. He refused me before i ask him anything he said no no we dont have. That was weird experience ever. Yucckkk

I had been in contact with someone about a laptop for my child, when I wasn't getting a response on line anymore and totally frustrated, I checked a few places, when walked in to the store I explained to the older gentleman running the store that I wasn't sure what I was looking for because i don't know much about laptops, he pulled out a chair asked me what I was willing to spend concidering its for my 9 year old and pulled out 6 different laptops and a drink! told me to try them and decide witch I like best, he would make me a good deal. All said and done I was in the store for an hour or so, and successfully walked out with a laptop I think my son will love! Amazing experience!
