Worst UPS ever, i have my id with my name and myself showed up in front of the lady. She can’t released the package because I moved back to my home and doesn’t have the address on my id will matching the package delivery address. I never think about the ups would only use address on the id as the only one reference, instead of real person (name and face) in front of them. Be ware your address when you sending or receiving your package with ups. We never have issues with Canada post and FedEx with that situation.

I don't know how ups is still in business they are the worst delivery service out there. Everytime I order something where they are shipping company I have problems getting my package I can't stand this company

Agree with other reviewers. Employees are not trained in customer service. No greetings, rude tone and condescending attitude! Was here on March 11, 3pm.

Very much appreciated to come in here and get the help I needed , I went to staples and they didn’t help at all, and told me they were gunna make me pay for service , UPS was very greeting , will use them again forsure :)
