The Brick went above and beyond today for me! I was sent the wrong piece for a sectional and Chuck took care of it right away! They will be sending me the correct piece and waiving the delivery fee. Beyond awesome!

A recently purchased fridge had issues. We visited the store and explained the problem to customer service. She (did not catch her name) was wonderful. Without hesitation, she arranged to have a replacement item sent to the store. Needless to say I was MOST impressed with her and how quickly she solved the matter. She was also most congenial and professional. As a result, The Brick has a regular customer.

The delivery guys were really awesome. They took the time to make sure the appliance was delivered without any damage to the appliance or to anything around.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable. No pressure to buy. I knew what I wanted. Only negative, was regarding delivery. They were supposed to call 2 days ahead to let me know what time on day of delivery and I ended up calling them.

The sales people were very good. The delivery people were very good noticed that some of the little foot pads were damaged and replaced them before they installed the couches to protect the floor

The Brick were very polite.
The service was excellent.
The only problem was they did not negotiate nor drop delivery or old appliance removal charges.
This after we spent a few thousand dollars on appliances.
