Fast, clear communication and no unexpected fees or charges. Did exactly what they said they were gonna do and got me in right away for an oil change, even topped off windshield washer fluid. Will be back!

I didn't have time to change my oil before a road trip so I stopped in. Around 4 months later when it's time for me to change my oil again I find this.
When they took off the skid plate he snapped a bolt and zip tied it back on. On a different bolt he just cross threaded it in, left it crooked and sticking half way out.
He never told me any of this and finding it myself now I'm beyond frustrated. Not mentioning the damage no matter how small is dishonest. I would never go here again.

Everyone there is very kind and understanding some of the best customer service I have ever experienced any time I need a fluid changed that’s where I’m going. The environment they build is amazing and they work together and as a great team. Truly a great place.

I called to ask the guys if they remembered spilling some oil. As there was a puddle around my car 2 hours after getting an oil change. The guy who answered was rude and dismissive when all I was doing was calling to ask if they remembered any issues or spilled a bit. This location does all my oil changes and most of the guys recognize me and treat me well. But this visit left something to be desired. Especially for a repeat customer. Going elsewhere to have it diagnosed.

So I went there thinking I’d get my tires changed over. Driving in I could hear all the workers yelling tires tires tires. Probably because they could see the tires on my back seat. Guy approached me and ask what he could do for me today I said tires. He told me Sorry but all of our jacks are broken today. And it’s too bad because there is nothing he would like to do better then to change tires on a day like today. Then tells me to go to Mr lube next door. Took me a minute to process as I’m driving out of the bay. Why would you offer tire service if you don’t want to do them? Especially at the ridiculous price this place normally charges. Not worth your time? Seriously should train your workers on customer service. And maybe a little respect. Instead of having guys talking to customers in a sarcastic tone . Apparently they pick and choose which jobs they feel like doing? And willing to send customers to the competition next door. I ended up not going to Mr Lube because there was a long lineup at that place. Wonder how many people they sent next door with there tires.As for me I drove myself back home to unload my tires so I can get them done somewhere else had a later date. Thanks for wasting 1h of my time.

Don't take care your vehicle to this location- if something gets damaged- they will not come good for it. Go somewhere else !!! Car is leaking oil due to over torking. Will cost me hundreds to repair.
