Went into the store yesterday and was served by Ali. She was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. She listened to what I wanted in a plan and phone. Erin and Alex also chipped in to make sure I got the best plan and phone to meet my needs at the best price. There were no high pressure sales tactics.They have some great plans for people that travel in the US and incredible deals on phones right now. I was so impressed I went back with my wife today and dealt with Ali again for a plan and phone for her and another family member.Thank you Ali, Erin and Alex for excellent service.

First off spoke on the telephone with Erin the manager who pointed me in the right direction. I appreciated her assistance so much that I drove from Ottawa, Ontario to Cornwall to get what I needed from Rogers. Once at the store I was assisted by Alex M. He was very knowledgeable and assisted me with the products I required. Highly recommend this location and all of the staff are excellent.

Found the staff at this Rogers location on Brookdale Ave in Cornwall extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Did not have to wait to be served. Special shout out to Erin, store manager for her patience with explaining the different packages and she found me a fantastic deal. Thank you!
