Lied about warranty and what it covers an where it is covered.Also the truck i bought had multiple other issues they lied about when i contacted them.I drove up 7 hours to pick the truck up, and there were a lot of things that were different then what they told me...I now have over $4000.00 in work done to the truck now and counting...BEWARE OF RIVERSIDE CHRYSLER.

I just upgraded my Jeep Gladiator to a Ram 1500 Sport, which I got from riverside as well, both times I delt with Mike, Dan and Kim. I have only good things to say and would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve from Riverside Cornwall this summer!I just picked up my car from the first service appointment and the value and follow through exceeded my expectations!A well deserved shout out to the whole Riverside team for their excellence in sales and service!I’ve purchased serval cars from different dealerships over the years and this was by far the most seamless and pleasant car purchase experience. Dustin Gagné was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and features (and very patient with all my questions!) He took me out for a fantastic (fun) test drive and I appreciated his relaxed, no pressure approach. Dustin handled every step of the purchase process with professionalism and diligence (and a great sense of humour!)Business manager Kim Villeneuve was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. She handled the financing and registration process efficiently and seamlessly.Thank you to the dealership manager, Dan Gagné, for going above and beyond to make sure this experience was exceptional and pleasurable from start to finish. I especially appreciated his attention to detail, making the whole purchase process + ownership a first class customer experience.

My husband and I just purchased a new Ram 1500 the other day from Cliff Maheau. What a great experience. Cliff was very knowledgeable and does not use pressure tactics to sell a vehicle, like we have experienced in the past from other dealerships. We felt he truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase, which we were. We will definitely recommend Cliff to all our friends and family. It was worth driving from Gananoque to Cornwall to deal with him. We were also impressed with Kim Villeneuve, the Business Manager. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I hope the Owners of Riverside Cornwall know how lucky they are to have such great Employees. We will definitely call Cliff again for our next vehicle purchase. Thanks Cliff and Kim.

We purchased a vehicle from Mike last month and it’s honestly the best dealership we have done business with which is why we just had to post a review. We purchased many vehicles in the past and no one compares to this dealership. From sale to service, exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership. Cliff and the team provided exceptional service when I ran into an issue with the vehicle I purchased. They were quick to help, kept me informed of the process and provide a loaner vehicle for me to use.
