I, unfortunetly had a poor expereince. Dropped of my daughters hoodie to be fixed as it was an embroidery production fault. After months of waiting, and a few phone calls later, (one person was short with me) - I decided to pick the hoodie up as it was clear that fixing their production problem was not high priority.
