I was tracking the package the day before arrival and day of arrival. This package was extremely important, I called Purolator to check in I was advised it was coming. I was looking outside and watched the delivery truck drive past, it didn't stop and was told on the phone that the delivery truck was only coming once that day. I was bare foot and ran on snow and ice to catch up. The driver stopped before the intersection, I called toy the driver and they said they had no more packages for the area, I asked them to check again. It was there and she brushed it off with a 'whatever' attitude. I confirmed the address though just chasing after I was out of breaythe, she was going to take the package away. I offered ID, the driver acted like it didn't matter and left.

Not sure what Purolator worker was thinking or maybe not thinking!Sticker on door yesterday saying "missed ya" but without any way to obtain the package until after Christmas??I think that some thought with Christmas so close should have been considered!Hours of operation until 6 pm...Closed for the weekend-not opened on sat or sunday!!?!??!Guess my gift won't be available for Christmas!Merry Grinchmas to all!

I don't understand why? "Sorry I missed ya" means I got to drive 45 mins to pick up my package. Canada Post owns 95% of the company. Why not just drop it off at the local post office?

Loved to use them in Ottawa, but here in Cornwall not turning out so well. Twice now they have stickered the door for pickup on boundary road without even ringing or knocking. Even with a Purolator drop off sticker on the window. This is troublesome because the location is not open past 6pm, or open on weekends for pickup.

Senseless workers. They said they need a letter wth my address on it. And i logged into my cra account and should them a letter from cra that has my name and address but these stupid people said the need a paper letter. How does it make sense. Are you aware we not in 1980. Letter can be recieved online.

Walk up to your door and don't even knock just put a note on your door and walk away making you go pick it up. It happens all the time so it's not just a certain driver.

Driver arrives, jumps out his truck, sticks a: "Sorry we missed you label" right beside doorbell, jumps back in his truck & bombs-out driveway. Did not ring doorbell or knock. Our children study at home and we are always here, one of us 365 days a year. Now we have to drive to 725 Boundary Rd Cornwall to get our package?Delphine from Purolator social media has contacted us via email & promises to correct this situation and, have our delivery brought to us. Thank you Delphine!Need to update, driver came back, no apologies, but went out of her way following this review. On her way home brought the package to us. We appreciate, thank you!

Do Not/ Do Not/ Do Not Use Purolator Courier Service.I send my application to IRCC Nova Scotia and they delivered my application in different address. I contact their customer service and agent hold me 1 hour 30 minutes and cut my call. Its a useless courier service I have ever seen. Even I took Premium delivery services and they delivered my application in wrong address.

What a joke do not and i repeat do not use purolator to send packages there always an excuse as to why there delayed everytime i order something online and they use purolator theres some B.S reason maybe be more organized and stop delaying deliveries get competant drivers if i could give 0 stars i would update so package did not arrive on guaranteed date now it says delivery date not available will update in 24 hours this is not acceptable all they tell me is wait unti 10 am if no update call us back are you kidding me if i dont get my package today there will be legal problems for purolator

I got a snr sticker for them to actually leave my package after driving to Cornwall 4 times... They still never do, I have to drive to Cornwall to pickup a package that I paid to have delivered. An absolute joke
