I don't understand why? "Sorry I missed ya" means I got to drive 45 mins to pick up my package. Canada Post owns 95% of the company. Why not just drop it off at the local post office?

Although Purolator Cornwall is quick to get your parcel into your town, it fails to follows simple instructions or find an address. Always have to pick up, and can't pick up on weekends.
