The Best pharmacy by far and I believe the difference is all about Paul Trottier. He is very knowledgeable; patient; kind and friendly and the service at Jean Coutu exceeds expectations. I have also dealt with other pharmacists at Jean Coutu and it was a pleasure and they always solved my issue. The staff are as well knowledgeable; efficient and patient and will answer any questions I have or have the pharmacist call me back. They are super busy but are always pleasant on the phone. I know because I call so often. You can rely on Jean Coutu.
I recommend them highly. I would never go anywhere else.

We have been long time customers at jean coutu for the pharmacy. The staff has always been wonderful. Recently however I've asked them multiple times to add a medication to my husband's file so that they are aware when filling his prescriptions that he takes this other medications (to avoid conflicts), I've been told they can't do that, there's no way because they don't have an rx and several other excuses. I know it can be added. It's a prescription that this pharmacy will never have as it isn't available in canadian pharmacies but we need them to be aware that he takes it. It's very discouraging to be spoken to the way I have been when I'm trying to add something that could be potentially life threatening. Do better ladies. Be kinder. Be nicer.

Hi, I have a very good experience today with the manager Susan & supervisor Joanna & cashier Rita. The manager returned the cosmetic refund in cash. I WAS SURPRISED THAT IN MORNING TIME THE LADIES HAVE SO GOOD MOOD ALTHOUGH MORNING TIME MOSTLY PEOPLE HAVE SWING'S. THE CASHIER GAVE ME RAIN CHECK FOR WATER , THE SUPERVIOR JOANA GAVE ME so MUCH TIME FOR THE COSMETIC INGREDIENTS & COMPARIOSN WITH OTHER COMPANIES, I WAS FEELING AWKARD TO CONSUME SO MUCH TIME , HOWVEVER JOANA & SUSAN NOT A SINHLE FRAWN ON THEIR FOREHEAD. Madam Rita performance is 50 times better than youngsters. Their pharmacy is 500 times better than shopper drug especially if you compare Brookdale & Squre mall , Rude staff, bad hiring , REASON , what I feel is the old man PHARMACIST who Is a COOL DUDE French guy, who will assist you without attitude & come out from the pharmacy & help you .
The store manager has a James bond smell to find best team on board

I went to buy birthday perfume on Sunday , & the young customer servies girl Nomi @ cosmetic is outstanding ,is so kind & professional that she recommended me to put red paper in gift bag & free of charge gave me bag for birthday present., school age kids are not very professional like nomi & especially don't work on Sunday The manager came to put his I.d for the voucher. She was wonderful & very good & make excellent contact with customer. Another supervisor Manon, joana, Laura. Tawnaya.. I must salute the manager to hire a such a wonderful team. And I find always French ladies are very helpful and kind. And salute to nomi for a wonderful team. Miss tawnya l is very smiley. Don't forget to meet miss tawayan.and to buy a smiling tablet from her. God bless all.team. making best my wife brightday

I have in my care two adults with severe developmental disabilities and can't go pickup over the counter meds. The first person I called was very polite and explained the process of having the meds delivered. The second person was condescending and judgmental saying people usually pickup their meds and wouldn't give me the total cost of my order. Grateful to first person... Second cost Jean Coutu thousands of dollars a year in business as I was considering moving over prescribed meal supplements for the boys.

My friend you is exempt from wearing a mask was turn away for service from Jean coutu. They treated her like a second class citizen. They broke the law. Yes law not mandate. They should be ashamed.
