Excellent customer service and work completed at a fair price. I was travelling from Kitchener to PEI and noticed the wheel bearing needed to be replaced on my Toyota Corolla. I stopped in at their shop at 8:00am Monday morning and the technician had the wheel bearing replaced before noon.

Took vehicle in for rear wheel bearings, rear brakes and leaking power steering hoses. They determined that old wheel bearings would be covered under warranty so no cost to me for parts. Upon brake inspection they determined only a cleaning needed. Two expensive power steering hoses - they were able to save one so only charged me for one hose. Very impressed that they only did what was needed which greatly reduced overall costs to me. Highly recommended!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Tim Houle was very helpful in dealing with my problem. Easy booking process and confirmation of my appointment. Fair pricing and clear explanations on the work done. Purchased quality tires as well with a follow up on my satisfaction. Another visit required a quick check and I was on my way. Tim was recommended by my go-to mechanic Kevin who is not equipped for more complicated issues. Kevin was right. My Parents have been going here for a long time and i was back in the Cornwall to visit and my AC was blowing hot air and i brought it in to get looked at and got an oil Change while it was there... they fixed it quickly and blowing cold air now and didn't cost an arm and leg either, very good price!! I will use NAPA AUTOPRO when I need service again. They were effdicient and professional in their resolution of my electrical problem. I never had a face-to-face meeting with them. I dropped the car off during the evening, and spoke with them the next morning. They repaired the car and left the keys at the associated Petrocan station so that i could pick it up in the evening.
