Had an issue. When I attempted to contact the business to make it right, they were dismissive and refused to meet me even part way for a resolution.
Be wary with anything other than an oil change and always double check their work as management will dismiss problems.
Poor Customer service. Poor management.

While on a road trip, we hit some rough roads in QC and our tire started losing air. We made it to Cornwall to spend the night as planned, but by morning the tire was flat. It was a Saturday, and Canadian Tire couldn’t help us at all because it was the weekend. So, we went to Mr. Lube. The very friendly staff there checked the tire and found a cracked rim causing the leak. They couldn’t fix it, but knowing the problem, we carefully drove home, stopping to fill the tire as needed, and got safely to our destination. Thank you!

Originally told a 30 minute wait. Waited an hour to go loading Bay #1 and was told my vehicle cannot be lifted and to drive to Bay #3. I had an employee tell me that I should take a wide turn and as I am turning, I have 3 employees just watching me deer eyed, and do not say anything as I am about to hit their ill-placed stack of tires. Furthermore, I am now stuck behind the individual who was in front of me. They aren’t even lifting the car anymore so I hit my car for 1)nothing 2) employee negligence 3) longer wait time.
Really hope they implement better safety practices especially in “DIRECTING” the vehicle into the bay.

Excellent service! Found an oil leak while parked on our driveway, took it in and they just had to tighten something that was loose and topped up the oil. Took 10 minutes and they didn’t charge us anything.

I went in at 11:00am on Tuesday December 12th.I wanted to get our new vehicle undercoated with the dripless duraschield undercoating and they were able to take me right away. The service was very efficient and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend Mr. Lube + Tires to everyone.

Amazing staff & great service. From Amanda greeting me like an old friend to affable Ben, patiently explaning & giving me invaluable advice, Robin & Andy efficient & friendly & Josh who runs a well oiled machine with care & class. Where else can you get any service at all last minute without an appointment? What other teams is open 7 days a week & will squeeze you in on a super busy day (sometimes at closing or during their breaks)? Who else has such experienced & knowledgeable staff who give you all options & service advice based on upto date knowledge of your specific car make/model with zero pressure? I have never been upsold unecessary or overpriced work in the 3 yrs i have been a valued customer... NEVER. As for their services & product pricing, they are not only competitive, but also offer multiple options at varying prices for all budgets. Though it has never happened to me personally, with the sheer volume of clients this team services each day it is both possible & plausible that that they may run out of specific products from time to time during busy seasons (like winterizing) that is just common sense, but they do offer various products/options. As a "mechanically challenged Flintstone" I continue to visit the only mechanics i can actually trust. From my MANY visits where i have been given the absolute best services with great prices & 100% honest assessments, I am shocked to see less than 5 star reviews. Thank you Ben, Robin, Andy, Amanda & Josh, keep up the excellent work!!

Can I just say how absolutely amazing the team at this location is? Josh and Amanda always make it a pleasant visit and their work is fast and reliable. They are helping me understand things about cars (first time car owner and I know NOTHING) all while making sure I'm taken care of. They always offer a beverage and are great to chit chat with. I will always trust them and use their services!
