“We just want to take a minute and thank Rachel! She helped us find a better phone plan, phone, and case. She was so wonderful! Not only was she funny and sweet, she was down to earth and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She chatted with us and made sure to check in while we Waited for the transfer of data onto the new phone.
