Bad service, especially at checkout

This is by far the most disorganized pharmacy, with the rudest and incompetent pharmacists. On multiple occasions, I've had miscounted pills; even something as simple as a 1 week round of antibiotics was miscounted. The male pharmacist is very condescending. He lied, saying he couldn't prescribe me anything (even though I knew full well that Ontario changed that, and my condition was on the list). One female pharmacist didn't know how to input any insurance information. The family ahead of us had been waiting 40min. for her to try and process their insurance info. We waited 20 minutes behind them and ended up leaving. The only redeeming thing about this pharmacy is the head pharmacist. She's very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, having to deal with the others made me switch pharmacies.
