Ordered for some furnitures in April and delivered a bed frame with its bottom rail damaged. .contacted them at the very same time after delivery and they said ordered for a replacement..update 16th July. The store in Cornwall which was previously Leons has no more any connections with the Leons and the current owners are not responsible for the previous issues Normally as of my knowledge, whenever a firm is handling over a current business to someone will hand over the assets and liabilities.

Bought a washer and dryer April 13 2024 and still waiting for delivery. This was paid in full
Leon,s said that they would take care of it 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything from them. MY NEXT OPTION WILL HAVE TO GO PUBLIC

After going through the reviews, i frel like my concerns are minimal. At least I received my order, though it did have some damages. I'm now relieved that I didn't place a larger order with them that I was supposed to do.

Big fan of Leon's furniture store, have made several purchases from another location, but my last purchase left me disappointed. Bought a sofa during COVID and within a short time it was worse than the one we got rid of which was more than 20 years old. Spoke with them about it, to see if they could do anything about it, but I did not buy the insurance so they asked for photos to see what could be done. They were quick to make excuses at the same time so I never even bothered sending the photos, seemed like they had already made up their mind.

Lisa Ritchie went above and beyound in her expertise to sell me a mattress BUT here comes the time i wanted mattress delivered they kept on telling me the delivery truckhas check engines on and they dropped mattress in Ottawa took me exactly 1 month to get my mattress!
And for the manager James i could write a book about how a lousy manager he his he even told me…. whats the big rush you have a mattress now to sleep on don’t you?? If i come to buy a mattress its because mine is finish and need a new one!!
Anyway i will not set foot in that store again!
Thanks Lisa you were a great saleswoman but too bad you have to work with people that has lack of competence!

We ordered furniture 9 weeks ago, we were told it would be a few weeks. Have left messages and was told the manager would call me back....he has not. My sales rep said she would call me last week...has not. Terrible customer service. This is not a corporate store but a privately owned which I didn't know at the time. I would not recommend this store

We had an issue with a couch we purchased and when we met with the owner and the Ssles Manager, we could not have been treated better. They were absolutely amazing.
