The level of service and customer support for the pharmacy has dropped off since the constant change in new pharmacist, that is an ongoing battle to keep one.I have been lied to on several occasions. I do not get information sheets on new RXs, I have to get the information online. This used to be a 5 star pharmacy. They cannot ever keep a good pharmacist, which is disappointing once you build a relationship with one. They do their best to help you and will contact your doctor, need be.

I had an Rx for my daughter that was apparently no longer used. The initial pharmacist (did not get her name) informed me of this (other pharmacists just told me they couldn't fill it), but she called various pharmacies/resources to try and find a solution. Unfortunately she couldn't so she offered to try and contact the doctor who prescribed the Rx to try and work on an alternative solution. She called many times, but was unable to reach him by store closing. She then passed along this problem to the next pharmacist who was in in the morning, Arsany. He was just as wonderful he kept trying the doctor throughout the day and called me to keep me up to date. Unfortunately it took me going back to the doctor in person to get the change, but both pharmacists went above and beyond what I would've asked of them and were very sympathetic to the situation I was in. I will definitely be using them again.

My husband had surgery in Ottawa and picked up his prescriptions at FreshCo pharmacy in Cornwall and less than a week later pharmacist, Mona, called him to ask him how he was doing and if there was anything she could do for him. You don’t get that kind of customer service very often today. It was very much appreciated.

Great team, walked in for a flu shot and didn't even have to wait. In and out within a few minutes (you have to wait for 15 minutes after any shot as per standard recommendations though)

I used to love this place, until I noticed that a few of their strawberries on sale had lots of mold on the bottom. And they don't follow the price rules, that when an item's on sale and doesn't scan at the right price. If it's under 10$, it should be free. I bought meat on sale and it didn't scan at the right price. I told the employee where the sale sign was but she said that the under 10$ price law doesn't apply there, even if it applies in other grocery stores. This happened 3 times where I didn't get a refund although they kept me waiting a long time and admitted that it scanned at the wrong price. Even if the sale sign is there they'll refuse to refund your item.

Freshco did call me about my prescription today it is all straighten out. Too bad last night I had 2 get 2 different stories. Usually when it is 2 different stories means they are confused
