Dollar Trees got just about everything you need sort of the image of the Dollarama can't give it five stars cuz it doesn't seem well organized things are sort of placed haphazard but other than that is acceptable

The new manager (old bag) truly needs education. She sounds like one of those junkies...I tried to exchange NEW 3X shower curtains to black colored ones but she insisted due to no receipt. She does not understand that the receipt has nothing to do with anything when the customer bought those 3X shower curtains the day before + that kind of shower curtain sold only in Dollar Tree.THE OLD MANAGER (older) lady was smart...She knew how to keep clients and how to make customers happy..I AM DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEMEANOR THAT NEW OLD BAG JUNKY MIND SET MANAGER HAS.

I'm usually not one to review but seriously if you can't handle kids then you shouldn't be working with customers. My son went to help me and the older lady at cash there was just rude and improper. No need to throw the stuff we are buying around like you don't care cause my son was only trying to help when you were to busy talking to the person in front.

I’d give the store a 4 but honestly I drive an hour and a half to come visit from out of province. And as lovely as the cashier was, I needed help getting an item and an elderly lady working here simply ruins your experience in the store. Unable to smile, unable to have some form of common courtesy or politeness, why is she working in customer service? If the branch at Hawsburry was tidier and larger I might drive there instead since it’s a 20 minute less route.
I can understand everyone has a bad day… but you can’t reflect that to your customers and ruin theirs
