I had an exceptional experience with the staff at CSN Unitech. While driving from Montreal to Toronto, the underbody panel of my Model 3 broke off. Despite the unexpected situation, the team at CSN Unitech was incredibly quick and professional in getting me back on the road. They assessed the problem immediately, provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs, and had me back on my way in no time. Their efficiency, expertise, and friendly service truly stood out. I highly recommend CSN Unitech for any car issues—especially if you're in need of quick, reliable help!

CNS UNITECH exceeded all my expectations and then went beyond that. Due to a parts delay the reparations took several weeks and multiple emails, phone calls and in person check-ins.
Without exception every contact was thoroughly professional & personable. The majority of communication was with Eric, who responded promptly to emails, and had up to date information on progress.
Lisa on the other hand I found frustrating, every time I tried ripping a strip off her for that delayed part (Manufacturer's issue NOT Unitech) Lisa would just smile and be nice, really nice, she even laughed at my dilemma! < I am joking here folks>
Lisa was extremely professional, helpful and personable.
Whatever the issue was, good people, dedicated to working through the bumps for their customers turned my accident experience into an <almost> pleasant experience!
Truly a great experience from every member of the team! Thank you for making everything easier on me knowing I was in very capable hands! Tom & Buck

Always great service. From the first call things are taken care with insurance, parts ordered appointment booked and a realistic estimate of when the vechicle will be ready for pick up. Workmanship excellent - like nothing even happened !! Great crew at Cornwall Unitech

My new 7 month old Venza (7000K) was hit by a H&R on June 1st. I am “anal” with my vehicles and Unitech had to be the only one that could bring it back to its original look. I can easily say that the paint finish actually looks better than the original.
I am totally satisfied with their professionalism and workmanship. Within one short week my car was back looking like new again.

A deer struck the front of my pick up truck causing substantial damage. There was a definite urgency to repair the vehicle with an upcoming vacation already planned. Within a day, insurance approved the repairs to be done at Unitech. I dealt with Eric who was able to arrange for the truck to be repaired while away on a 2 week vacation. The truck was dropped off the day of departure and Lisa made the arrangements for after hour pick up on the way home from the airport. This was all within a three week window.Eric and Lisa worked within the timeline they promised and delivered a quality repair job as promised.I highly recommend Eric and Lisa and the rest of the good people at Unitech! Thank you!!!
