I was directed to come here when I called Canada Post This place is never open. NEVER. I tried 3 times during their posted hours. Door locked. No sign indicating why they're closed, or if they intend to re-open.

Posted hours are 8:15 am to 5 pm, why is it when I drive over there around 3:00 pm to arrange to have time sensitive documents sent the doors are locked and there is a sign on the door saying they are closed.
If they have reduced the operating hours, that’s fine, just post the correct hours online, if employees are just deciding to leave early that’s a bigger problem that corporate should be looking into.

I went to pick up some parcels with all necessary info and her drivers license, because she is at home sick with 103.9 fever. The rude guy behinde the counter would not listen to anything and wants her to fill a paper out or go down to pick it up.They don't care about your safety if they are forcing sick people in there to pick parcels up. The manager working today Dec 2nd 2022 is just as usless. Send your parcels else where this place will give no help.

Dropped my mom off here so she could mail a parcel. The guy eye balled her up and down and from the moment he opened his mouth he was miserable and rude. She left without mailing it and we went to another location. Judging by these comments, rude staff is an ongoing problem. Time to make changes.

I had the worst customer service experience ever at this canada post office. I have been paying last couple years for my POBOX and this grumpy guy had my P.O.box blocked and won't put any mail in it instead returns them. Went to counter and asked him why is it blocked and no mail in it he looked at me and stood there few seconds and reply " because you didn't pay for it" I asked him to pull up the box and see if it's active or not, I just made the yearly payment couple weeks ago. He tells me NO and just stood there. After ready about many many complaints about him at this local post of office, Canada post needs to do something. He may have issues which again is ok but it's not safe him alone in that place. Luckily someone came running from the back to help out. Never add issue at this place but lately having issue with this guy last few times.

It’s a shame how one rotten banana tends to ruin the bunch. The discrimination, and rudeness of Stephane is inexcusable. Refuses to answer questions, and makes it clear how he’d rather be anywhere else than work.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Recently my teenage son went in to mail a parcel. This was his first time mailing a parcel. He came home and said that the staff member was friendly, very helpful and explained everything to him. He was impressed and I was too.

9/10 times solid, but there's one guy who I think is mentally handicapped (nothing wrong with that). His communication was very brief, and ineffective. I wanted to send a package off to an eBay customer without a tracking number. This of course is problematic because payment is withheld until a package has arrived, and there's no way of know if it actually arrived without a tracking number.Instead of articulating this to me, the person said I was getting scammed, without a rationale as to why. Just that I was getting scammed and that it's not his problem if I get scammed. Did not elaborate, just said I was getting scammed over and over.Given how slow he was typing, how he did not say hello when I engaged with him, and avoided eye contact, I assumed he had a social deficit (autism?) So I sent off the package. I ended up not getting scammed, after talking to my customer and him communicating with eBay (v lucky) but I would have appreciated an explanation.I know the post office is slow, but this guy is not on the ball.

The guy who works at this location should be fired. I can't be the only one to complain about this guy.I walk in with a package and say hello. No response. I ask him for rates. He doesn't even put it on the scale and says $45 - $50. Then stares at me. I grab the package and go to the outlet at Shoppers Drug Mart.Cost me $23.I have heard that this guy gives inflated rates all the time. What is he doing with the extra $?

I had to go here with my brother to deliver a package once, the girl we got served by was very good at her job , very knowledable with a great attitude for her job .Thank you for the level of service I got to experience.
